⌨ How to Use a Keyboard

Finding the Letters

The keyboard has a key for every letter! The letters are not in ABC order — they are in a special order called QWERTY, named after the first six letters on the top row.

Important Keys

• ⬛ Space Bar — the long key at the bottom. Makes a space between words.
• ↵ Enter — press this to go to a new line or say "done!"
• ⌫ Backspace — erases the last letter you typed.
• ⇧ Shift — hold Shift + a letter to make a CAPITAL letter.

Capital Letters

Letters usually come out small — like abc. To make a CAPITAL, hold down Shift and press the letter at the same time!
